CURRENT http://toka.energy/ is the first national network of publicly available charging stations for electric vehicles in Ukraine.

The company's mission is to build a high-quality, affordable and convenient national network of electric filling stations, which will provide an opportunity to accelerate electrification of road transport of Ukraine.

Today our company:

• Is an official partner of Ukrainian and European manufacturers of charging stations;
• Builds a public network of electric charging complexes, which anyone can join;
• Performs the function of an electric charging operator.

We are actively growing and are looking for a Personnel Manager who will help us attract strong specialists and build an effective team.

Main responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from creating a job profile to finding a candidate for a job;

• Search and selection of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, recommendations;

• Conducting phone interviews and online/offline interviews;

• Assessment of professional and personal competencies candidates;

• Assisting candidates at all stages of selection;

• Interaction with department heads regarding personnel selection;

• Management of candidate database in CRM/ATS;

• Preparation of job offer and participation in the adaptation of new employees;

• Participation in HR projects of the company (brand employer, internal measures, optimization of processes).

Our expectations:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year;

• Owning various personnel search channels;

• Skills in conducting structured interviews;

• High level of communication and responsibility;

• Orientation on the result, the ability to work in multitasking mode;

• Confident use of a PC
