The company is actively growing and forming system approach to personnel management, therefore we are inviting a HR manager who will be responsible for maintaining a comfortable working environment, employee development and internal communications.

Expectations:

• Experience in HR from 2 years (universal HR or HR generalist will be a plus)
• Understanding HR processes: adaptation, communications, evaluation, personnel development.
• Experience in preparing internal materials (instructions, regulations, training programs).
• Experience in conducting full-cycle recruiting (at least to the point).
• Ability to conduct interviews and one-to-one.
• High level of empathy, proactivity and systematic work.
• Ability to work in a team and result-oriented.
• Active life position, stress resistance.

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of onboarding programs, coordination and organization of internal training programs.
• Maintenance of corporate channels, regular release of a news digest, participation in the organization of HR initiatives.
• Conducting regular One-to-One meetings, monitoring climate and level of involvement, implementation of measures to improve them.
• Employee database maintenance and personnel accounting support.
• Point recruitment, full cycle.
