The company is actively growing and forming system approach to personnel management, therefore we are inviting a HR manager who will be responsible for maintaining a comfortable working environment, employee development and internal communications.

Expectations:

  • Experience in HR from 2 years (universal HR or HR generalist will be a plus)
  • Understanding HR processes: adaptation, communications, evaluation, personnel development.
  • Experience in preparing internal materials (instructions, regulations, training programs).
  • Experience in conducting full-cycle recruiting (at least to the point).
