Your duties:

• Conducting interviews and preliminary evaluation of candidates for various vacancies.

• Organizing online interviews, managing and updating the candidate database.

• Cooperation with unit managers to effectively close vacancies and solve personnel issues.

• Participation in improvement of internal HR processes and optimization of personnel recruitment.
