"Fashion Underwear" is a company that specializes in selling high-quality and stylish underwear. We are looking for a HR manager, a person who knows how to work with people and for people, for a permanent job in our office in Kyiv.

Main duties:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from writing vacancies to onboarding of new employees;
• Formation of positive experience of candidates and newcomers in the company;
• Organization of adaptation, assessment and development of personnel;
• Support of corporate culture and participation in the creation of HR initiatives;
• Work with motivation, feedback and team activities;
• Maintaining the employee database, updating policies and documents related to HR processes.

Requirements:

• Experience 1 year of HR work (preferably in Retail);
• Understanding of recruitment, adaptation and staff development processes;
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, organization;
• Confident command of office tools (MS Office);
• Desire to build a strong, motivated team.
