HR manager in Zolota Koroleva

We are looking for an HR manager to join the team, who will become an important part of our team.

Main tasks:

• Search and selection of candidates for vacancies in accordance with company requirements;
• Posting vacancies on various platforms;
• Conducting initial interviews;
• Organizing interviews and accompanying the candidate at all stages of selection;
• Maintaining an internal candidate database (Excel/Google Sheets);
• Labor market monitoring;
• Creating a favorable and friendly atmosphere in the team.

Requirements:

• 1 year of HR experience;
• Knowledge of modern candidate search tools;
• Ability to effectively conduct interviews with potential candidates;
• High level of communication skills and the ability to listen and understand interlocutor;
• A confident user of Google Docs, Excel.
