This is a key position in our company, which is responsible for attracting new employees to our team and cooperation with the main staff of the company. Your work will be aimed at finding qualified candidates, conducting interviews and adapting personnel.

Your duties will include:

• Searching and attracting potential candidates (of different levels, from sellers to office workers) using various channels, such as social networks, recruiting sites, referrals and other methods
• Conducting interviews, assessing the skills and experience of candidates, involving them in further internships
• Providing training, supporting internships, carrying out adaptation of interns.

• Able to work with people and establish positive contacts
• A communicative, energetic specialist who knows how to find the best of our best future employees
• Has organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in the field of recruiting will be an advantage.
