HR - manager in Backstage

The largest chain of beauty salons in Kyiv — BACKSTAGE BEAUTY&REFRESH is looking for an HR people partner.

Backstage Beauty&Refresh is:

15 beauty salons in Kyiv and 1 in London

5 areas of service: hair, nail, make up, face&body

a community that counts more than 400 talents in various fields of activity

more than 10,000 satisfied customers monthly

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position for 2 years or more (preferably in a system network company);
• Communication, openness to people, sincerity;
• Curiosity and proactivity;
• Organization, responsibility

Responsibilities:

• Transformation and support of processes of adaptation, transfers and dismissals of network employees;
• Development of individual development plans, HR procedures and company policies;
• Conducting surveys, focus groups, HR studies with subsequent analysis and provision recommendations;
• Organization of brand training. Development of training calendar and control of their attendance;
• Analysis of the team's strengths by hard, identification of development areas. Organization of hard training;
• Monitoring and involvement in employee motivation management;
• Labor market analysis. Providing recommendations for changes in motivation systems;
• Searching, selecting and hiring candidates for vacancies at various levels and areas (administrators and office staff);
• Conducting 1:1 with employees;
• Planned field visits to salons;
• Participation and conducting planned team certifications;
• Supporting corporate culture, organization team building for office staff;
• Participation in Admin Clubs and events aimed at the development of administrators;
• Performance of additional operational tasks of the manager (as needed).

Working conditions:

• Work schedule 5/2 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.;
• Location - an office in the quiet center of Kyiv (Maidan Nezalezhnosti);
