Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of corporate culture in the company
- Development of internal communication between departments
- Selection candidates, interviews
- Adaptation of new employees
- Implementation of activities and programs aimed at staff development and loyalty
- Cooperation with department heads to optimize human resource management processes
Requirements:
- Higher education (personnel management, psychology, business administration)
- Experience as an HR manager from 2 years
- Orientation on results and desire to develop professionally
- Desire to build and develop culture in the company
Terms:
- ZP — 40,000 UAH
- Work from the office (Kyiv, Olimpiyska, 26 Ivana Fedorova Street), NO remote format expected
- Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00, Sat-Sun - weekends
- Paid vacation and sick leave
