The company is actively developing, so we invite an HR manager to the team who will help support and strengthen our team of professionals.

Duties of the HR manager

• Full cycle of recruiting: search, selection, interviews, onboarding of employees.

• Formation of personnel reserves, work with job portals and social networks.

• Adaptation of new employees and support during the trial period.

• Organization of internal communications and support of corporate culture.

• Participation in the construction of HR processes and optimization of personnel work.

• Maintenance of candidate databases, reporting and HR documentation (according needs).

• Interaction with department heads regarding personnel needs.

• Participation in training planning, staff development and motivational programs.

Candidate requirements

• 1 year of HR / recruiter experience (preferred, but not required).

• Understanding the basics recruitment and adaptation of personnel.

• Competent Ukrainian language, sociability and courtesy.

• Neat appearance.

• Discipline, organization, responsibility.

• Fluent command of social networks and messengers.
