• have experience of working as a personnel manager from the 1st year in a large company or in a recruitment agency;

Functional responsibilities:

• search and recruitment: placing ads on job portals, actively searching for candidates in social networks;
• consulting line managers on operational HR processes, procedures and policies;
• participation in the process of salary review, labor market monitoring;
• participation in the process of passing trial periods and adaptation of new employees;
• maintaining an internal database of candidates;
• conducting an exit interview;
• participation in the formation of the company's HR brand and in other projects of the HR department.
