- Adaptation of new employees and accompanying them during the probationary period

- Maintaining personnel documentation (if necessary)
- Increasing employee engagement and developing corporate culture
- Monitoring the labor market and interacting with external parties sites/agencies
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Manager / Recruiter years
- Understanding of modern methods of personnel selection
- Interviewing and competency assessment skills
- Competent oral and written communication
- Responsibility, initiative, ability to multitask
