Responsibilities:

• Organization and management of personnel document flow in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine
• Recruitment: search, conducting interviews, adaptation of new employees
• Control of compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations
• Organization of personnel training and development
• Advising of managers on personnel management, solutions of conflicts
