What we expect from you:
- Experience in the role of HR from 3 years in medium or large companies.
- Knowledge and practice in all key HR areas: recruiting, adaptation, assessment, training and development, personnel procedures, building a corporate culture.
- Ability to systematize processes from scratch and scale them.
- Courage to defend one's position and focus on results.
- Experience of working with manufacturing or FMCG companies will be a huge plus.
