HR manager in EVROMIKS, UA TOV z II

Good day! We are the personnel department of the Euromix company. Our company has been a powerful distributor and importer of global and national manufacturers for over 25 years. We have long-term contracts with leaders in FMCG and are constantly replenishing our brand portfolio with new TMs.

Euromix is a big family with more than 1000 employees.  Personnel Manager is needed.

What will need to be done?

• Search and recruit personnel for open vacancies (sales representatives, stock pickers, drivers, office staff);
• Coordinate the adaptation of new employees;
• Maintain a database on recruiting, reasons for dismissals, sources of closing vacancies, etc.;
• Monitor the labor market;
• Analyze the effectiveness of sources of attracting candidates;
• Participate in the organization and conduct of training events personnel;
• Participate in other projects of the personnel department;
• Participate in the organization of corporate events;
• Other tasks.
