The HR manager’s daily functions include:
- search and recruitment;
- creation of job descriptions and postings on various platforms;
- interaction with hiring managers to ensure an effective hiring process, including organization and interviewing;
- supporting the candidate from the moment of receipt of the resume to the issuance of the offer;
- providing constant feedback at every stage of the process;
- developing strategies for attracting candidates;
- conducting exit-interviews with employees and collecting data;
- preparing reports based on activity results.

Our ideal candidate is a Recruiter with 1+ years of experience in recruiting, is an excellent communicator, knows how and is capable conduct analytics of your work. This is the person who interacts with the hiring manager and the candidate. He is a professional who knows how to build relationships, give quality and constant feedback.
It will be ideal if you have experience in the banking sector, have worked with an automatic transmission system.
