Do you have:

• Professional education: psychology, sociology (preferred).
• Work experience: HR manager/Recruiter from 2 years.
• Experience in closing vacancies of various categories.
• Experience of training organization (internal, external).
• Experience in organizing and conducting corporate events.

Your duties will be:

• Search and selection of personnel of all categories and ranks.
• Organization of the system of adaptation of new employees in Business. Monitoring the work of mentors, conducting Welcome trainings, one-to-one meetings, protection of adaptation.
• Organization of external and internal training.
• Formation of personnel reserve.
• Compilation of job instructions
• Organization and holding of corporate events.
• Compilation and reporting for the manager.
