Responsibilities:

• Formation and control of staff change schedules in boarding houses.
• Selection, adaptation and registration of employees (passport, personal identification number, documents for cooperation).
• Placement and control of the relevance of vacancies, communication with candidates.
• Visits to boarding houses - verification personnel, solving current issues, paying salaries.
• Collecting data for accounting, controlling accruals.
• Maintaining work discipline, communicating with employees about changes.
• Keeping reports on personnel status.

Requirements:

• Experience working with personnel will be an advantage.
• Responsibility, organization, sociability.
• Willingness to work both in boarding houses and remotely (rotation by week: boarding house / phone).
• Ability to work with graphs, Excel, messengers.

Working conditions:

• Work format: a week in a boarding house, a week remotely (telephone mode).
• Rate: UAH 16,000 + bonuses for a stable staff schedule.
• Meals during work in a boarding house is provided.
• It is possible to stay in a boarding house during the working week.
• Reimbursement of travel expenses.
