HR manager in Brayd Grum Video

We are looking for an HR manager for a video editing studio working with clients from all over the world, which is actively growing and building a strong HR function.

We already have more than 100 people, we all work remotely and we have not had a separate HR role until now. We want to improve this and create a system that supports team development and retention of the best employees.

What we are good at:

• You will build the HR function from scratch and influence the company's strategy;
• You will work with an international, distributed team where each employee valuable;
• You will form a personnel reserve and development plans for key people;
• You will develop the HR brand of the company by promoting our cases and stories;
• The opportunity to implement modern HR processes and work with AI and HR systems;
• Remote work with a flexible schedule;

What are the requirements:

• Experience of working as an HR manager in a remote team;
• Cross-cultural flexibility and the ability to find an approach to employees from different countries;
• Strategic thinking and proactivity;
• Sufficient English (Intermediate+) 400">
• Experience in the outsourcing model and international teams;
• Experience in building an HR structure in a company of 50+ people.
