We are looking for an HR manager for a video editing studio working with clients from all over the world, which is actively growing and building a strong HR function.

- You will work with an international, distributed team where each employee valuable;
- You will form a personnel reserve and development plans for key people;
- You will develop the HR brand of the company by promoting our cases and stories;

What are the requirements:
- Experience of working as an HR manager in a remote team;
- Cross-cultural flexibility and the ability to find an approach to employees from different countries;
- Strategic thinking and proactivity;
- Sufficient English (Intermediate+) 400">
- Experience in the outsourcing model and international teams;
- Experience in building an HR structure in a company of 50+ people.
