HR manager in VEC-UA

VEC-UA is the Ukrainian representative office of the American company VEC, which has been transforming the construction industry with the help of BIM and VDC.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of strategic HR policies and procedures that correspond to the business goals of the company.
• Onboarding process.
• Adaptation of new employees.
• Partial participation in office management (organization of space, supplies, point administrative requests), in coordination with the office manager working in another city.
• Reporting.
• Development and implementation of effective compensation programs and encouragement.
• Analyzing the level of employee engagement and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Contributing to the construction of a positive work environment.
• Interaction with employees at all levels of the company to identify and solve personnel problems and issues.
• Ensuring compliance with the rules of the company's internal procedures.
• Organizing and participating in events and corporate events etc.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, procedures and strategies.
• High communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
• Ability to work in a team and implement change.
