Main duties:

• Support of internal transfers and changes in teams.
• Planning and accounting of working hours, vacations, changes in schedules.
• Communication with employees, conflict resolution.
• Participation in performance review, development and internal rotations.
• Consultation of managers on HR issues.
• Support of layoffs and exit interviews.
