Description:Filling the vacant position of HR Manager for high-quality management of current HR processes, formation of a favorable corporate culture and effective management of the entire life cycle of the Organization.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- A confident user (MS Office, Word, Excel, Canva, Google docs, Google Forms);
- Knowledge of legislation, in particular, in the field of labor legislation and military accounting;
- Flexibility and adaptability;
- High level of ethics and confidentiality;
- Proficiency in the Ukrainian language, command of English not lower than B1 level;
- Organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to resolve conflict situations;
- Ability to work in a regime multitasking;
- Self-organization and discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Management of current HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, motivation, training and development, efficiency and talent management, corporate culture, personnel administration (including military accounting), dismissal);
- Analysis of the effectiveness of HR processes and recommendations for their improvement;
- Strategic planning of direction development;
- Contributing to the formation of a positive image of the Organization as an employer (HR brand) cycle of employees in the Organization;
- Other activities related to HR management.
