In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for apersonnel manager who is ready to promote the development of our employees and improve HR processes.

Requirements for your experience and skills:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Availability of higher education
• Skills for working with job sites, social. networks
• Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration
• PC knowledge (1C: Enterprise, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High level of personal responsibility, self-organization
• Activity, flexibility, adaptability
• Attention to details, desire delve into processes
• Multitasking

Main duties:

• Search, selection and hiring of personnel
• Keeping personnel records (admission/transfer/dismissal/vacation)
• Formation of personal files of employees
• Keeping records of working hours
• Supporting the process of adaptation of new employees
• Participation in the formation of the personnel reserve
• Participation in HR tasks and company projects
