Learn more about the company: CEMARK announces a search for the position of HRManager, who will join the professional team of PJSC Mykolaivcement and become a partner for the business and the team, supporting the development of a culture of safety, efficiency and sustainable development.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementation of the HR strategy in accordance with the company's goals.
- Support of HR processes implemented at the company level.
- Participation in the selection of personnel for key and production positions.
- Conducting one to one meetings, exit interviews, analysis causes of personnel turnover.
- Participation in personnel rotation, planned career growth (succession plan), formation of a talent reserve together with the heads of structural divisions.
- Support of corporate culture, internal communications, employer brand.
- Organization of the work of the personnel management department.
- Ensuring the conduct of personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and internal company policies.
- Preparation of HR reporting, analytics, participation in budgeting of personnel costs.
- Interaction with state bodies, auditors, internal and external partners.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in the position of HR manager / head of the HR department for at least 3 years, preferably in a production company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and personnel administration practices.
- Experience in team management.
- Experience in searching and recruiting personnel.
- Experience in personnel evaluation.
- Proficient in MS Office, preferably experience with 1C.
- Higher education (personnel management, law, psychology, economy).
- High level of responsibility, system thinking, communication and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level.
