• Has successful experience as an HR Manager (from 1-2 years).

Functional responsibilities:

• The full cycle of personnel selection: from the placement of vacancies to the candidate's exit to work.

• Searching for new channels of attracting candidates.

• Conducting online/offline interview.

• Support of training, adaptation and trial period of new employees.

• Maintenance of internal HR documentation.

• Participation in internal HR projects (adaptation, employer brand development, etc.).
