The trading company invites an HR-generalist / personnel manager to the team

Requirements:

• work experience in retail - mandatory;
• activity and proactivity;
• communicative and sociable;
• confident PC user;
• orientation on results.

Responsibilities:

• recruiting: search and selection of personnel (internet resources, telephone interviews, interviews);
• organization and conduct of internal corporate trainings, training programs, work as a business trainer;
• planning, organization and analysis of the effectiveness of training and development of personnel;
• conducting an annual assessment of employee activity, formation of a personnel reserve and its support development;
• preparation of reports, budget formation, work with contracts related to training;
• adaptation of new employees.
