Key tasks of the position:

• Formation and implementation of a long-term management development strategy personnel;
• Development of regulations on induction and adaptation of newly hired employees;
• Selection and adaptation of personnel;
• Creation of job profiles, placement of advertisements and conducting initial interviews;
• Interaction with existing employees to determine vacancy needs and discuss requirements for new employees;
• Control of new employees passing the trial period, reporting about the results obtained;
• Participation in creating a corporate culture;

Working conditions:

• Decent salary (paid twice a month)
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• Additional weekends (if needed)
