• Experience in a similar position - from 2 years
• The ability to easily find a common language with people
• Organization, initiative and the ability to work at a high pace
• Readiness for business trips in Chernihiv region

Main duties:

• Coordination of adaptation and support of new employees
• Development and improvement of the system staff training
• Conducting 1:1 meetings
• Supporting and strengthening corporate culture
• Participating in the formation of a strong employer brand
