Main responsibilities:
Full cycle of recruiting: from preparation of vacancies to adaptation of new employees
Organization of hiring, onboarding and internal communication processes
Development and implementation of HR policies, regulations
Participation in building an evaluation, motivation and development system personnel
Maintenance of personnel documentation (partially or in cooperation with accountants)
Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in the position of HR or recruiter
Understanding of modern HR practices
Sure communication skills, proactivity, ability to work with by people
Proficiency in Ukrainian, confident PC user
