Main duties:
Full support of the recruiting process: gathering requirements, creating a candidate profile, preparing vacancies, searching and selecting candidates
Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates in accordance with requirements vacancies
Cooperation with the agency's clients, ensuring high-quality and timely communication
Maintenance of the internal candidate database, work with CRM
Preparation of reports on the results of recruitment
Participation in the development of the agency's HR projects
Requirements for candidate:
Experience as an HR manager or recruiter - from 1 year
Understanding the principles of modern recruiting and personnel adaptation
Confident PC user, knowledge of job sites, social networks for recruitment
Excellent communication skills, competent verbal and written language
Training, support during the adaptation period
Real prospects for professional growth within the company
