Main duties:

• Full support of the recruiting process: gathering requirements, creating a candidate profile, preparing vacancies, searching and selecting candidates

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates in accordance with requirements vacancies

• Cooperation with the agency's clients, ensuring high-quality and timely communication

• Maintenance of the internal candidate database, work with CRM

• Preparation of reports on the results of recruitment

• Participation in the development of the agency's HR projects

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience as an HR manager or recruiter - from 1 year

• Understanding the principles of modern recruiting and personnel adaptation

• Confident PC user, knowledge of job sites, social networks for recruitment

• Excellent communication skills, competent verbal and written language

office

• Training, support during the adaptation period
