HR manager in KULDIM, TOV

We invite to our team a HR manager of the Kuldim Ibis direction with full functionality (recruiting + personnel management)

Your tasks:

• Full recruiting cycle: from job profile creation to onboarding
• Interaction with department heads regarding personnel needs
• Formation of reporting according to the company's internal rules, organization of document flow with the company's human resources department
• Participation in the formation of HR processes and politician
• Participation in the creation of motivational programs for personnel

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in HR from 2 years (experience in the role of a recruiter mandatory)
• Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel accounting skills
• Experience in closing positions "from and to"
• Sure communication skills and proactivity
• Desire to develop in the field of HR in a reliable company
