HR manager in Tehnooptotorg-Treyd, TOV

The company "Technoopttorg-Trade" - the leader of the tire business in Ukraine - invites to the team a specialist of the department for working with personnel!

We are looking for an attentive, proactive person who knows how to work with people, loves systematicity in documents and seeks to develop in the HR direction.

Your main tasks:

• Active search and recruitment of personnel through professional platforms, employment sites, social networks and atypical channels;
• Conducting telephone and online interviews, resume analysis, competency assessment candidates;
• Organization of interviews and communication with department heads;
• Application of a creative approach to the search and attraction of candidates;
• Management of personnel document management (vacation, archive, registration of personal files, certificates)

What is important for this role:

• Experience and knowledge of methods of searching and selecting personnel of various categories;
• Ability to systematize large amounts of information;
• High level of attentiveness, responsibility, ability to work independently;
• Basic knowledge of archival business and document management standards;
• Desirable: experience in HR office management;
• Desire and ability to learn;
• Required: fluency in the Ukrainian language (in the team we also communicate in Ukrainian, this is fundamental for us).
