Future tasks:
- Being close to teammates at all stages: onboarding, adaptation, 1-1 meetings, development, performance review, motivation and offboarding;
- Organizing and conducting staff evaluations using various methods - 360, 180, eNPS and other feedback formats
- Working with HR metrics: staff turnover, reasons dismissals (for exit interviews), participation in development: PDP, mentoring, training, etc.
- Administer HR processes in the internal system: entering and updating data on teammates.
- Supporting corporate culture and helping to organize events for the team together with the other HR team and the office manager
- And the main thing is do not according to a template, but introduce new ideas and improve processes
