Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of personnel in accordance with the company's requirements;
• Posting vacancies on various platforms;
• Labor market analysis and formation of the candidate base;
• Cooperation with department heads to determine personnel needs;
• Management of personnel documentation and reports;
• registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation;
• formation and management of personal files of employees;
• formation, management and storage of personal files of employees;
• issuance of certificates;
• keeping records of the granting of vacations to employees;

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• experience of HR from 1 year;
• knowledge of labor law, personnel administration;
• knowledge of PC (1C: 8.3, Excel, Word).
• Ability to use various methods of searching for candidates;
• High level communication skills and organization;
• A confident PC user, knowledge of recruiting platforms;
