We are a children's entertainment center "Drive City", which is rapidly gaining momentum and successfully developing, we invite to our team an HR manager who will strengthen and become an important component of an effective team!

What will you do:

• Fill company vacancies with the best candidates;
• Adapt staff and organize training for new employees;
• Form a personnel reserve;
• Analyze the labor market, monitor the salary level boards;
• Build new and support existing business processes;
• Organize motivational events;
• Maintain corporate culture and company values
• Conduct 1:1 with employees, team building and corporate events.

What we expect:

• Understanding HR processes;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to make decisions under conditions of change.
• Knowledge of labor law is welcome.
• Ability to work in an intensive and multitasking mode.
