• knowledge of labor legislation and personnel records;
• experience in managing personnel records;
• experience in recruitment;
• practical skills in developing adaptation programs for employees;
• result orientation, flexibility and readiness for change;
• developed communication and organizational skills.

FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruiting: conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates;
• Adaptation: developing and implementing induction programs for new employees to ensure their rapid integration into the team.
• development of a program of motivation, development and training of personnel;
• management of personnel records (admission/transfer/dismissal/vacation);
• active participation in HR tasks and projects of the Bank.
