We help the population in all government-controlled territories: evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for IDPs, document crimes, implement educational programs, provide charitable assistance, monitoring visits, we advocate for changes, we provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces for women and girls operate in different regions of the country.

We are looking for an HR manager:

• city of Kyiv, offline;

• salary is discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:

• maintenance and updating of data in the internal CRM system;

• administrative support of the training process for the team;

• holding system 1 on 1 with the team;

• internal communications support;

• onboarding and offboarding processes support;

• involvement in the recruiting process as necessarybones;

• involvement in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures.




We expect:

• experience in the field of HR from 2 years; -style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  ability to use tables (Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.); span>

• experience writing policies and procedures;

• well-developed communication skills;

• problem solving skills;

• readiness to travel in Ukraine.
