  • Interaction with internal customers as part of the personnel search process;
  • Supporting the process of adaptation of new employees;

  • Participation in the organization of trainings and educational seminars for employees.

    Necessary professional experience:

    • Higher education;
    • Experience in personnel selection from 1 year;
    • Practical skills in using modern effective personnel search tools;
    • Experience in successfully closing vacancies at various levels;
    • Confident PC user: MS Office, Excel, Power Point;
    • Willingness to work for results, activity, high communication skills, stress resistance, ability to work in multitasking mode.
