YOU ARE OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE IF YOU:< /span>

• You have 4 years of experience in personnel management, you understand the main aspects of HR functions.

• You have excellent communication skills that will allow you to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Able to effectively plan your working hours, manage multitasking and able to achieve set goals on time.

• You take the initiative and constantly strive to develop in the field of personnel management, follow trends and innovations in the HR sphere.

• You have the skills to conduct the recruitment process for various positions, from managers to working personnel.

• You have knowledge of all stages of recruiting, including the development of vacancies, posting of advertisements, selection of resumes, conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

• You have experience in successful adaptation, training of new employees.

YOU WILL DOGO:

• Development and implementation of HR strategy, development and optimization of all HR processes in the company;

• Scheduling in personnel before closing vacancies, hiring new employees;

• Selection of candidates, interviews, evaluation and selection of the best;

• Organization and support the process of adapting new employees, ensuring their successful integration into the team;

• Development and implementation of personnel management strategies, including motivation, development and retention of personnel;

• Labor market analysis, participation in planning the company's personnel needs;

• Development of adaptation and motivation for new employees;

• Regular statistics and reporting.

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN IN OUR COMPANY:

Rate + KPE + bonuses.

Yes, in the first month, a beginner earns UAH 30,000;

An employee who works for 2 months will earn from UAH 35,000 to UAH 40,000;
