What are your duties:

• full HR cycle in the SmartyUA distribution business unit;
• selection and adaptation of employees;
• updating employee motivation systems (together with department heads) ;
• salary monitoring;
• measures to support and develop corporate culture;
• organization of events aimed at improving employees' impressions of work in the company >

Requirements for you:

• 2 years of HR manager experience;
• ability to work in a team and make independent decisions;
• high communication skills, proactiveness;< /li>
