- Management of personnel records, control over compliance with labor legislation.
- Participation in process of adaptation of new employees.
- Assessment of personnel performance and development of measures to increase productivity.
- Collection and updating of documents from employees related to military registration and reservation.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology or economics).
- Work experience in similar position from [number of years] years.
- Experience in searching and selecting personnel.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel records standards.
- Ability to work with modern HR - systems and programs.
- High communication and organizational skills.
