In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a new HR manager.
Terms jobs: work schedule Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:30, official employment
Duties:
- Selection and recruitment of personnel;
- Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates;
- Maintenance of personnel documentation (admission, transfer, dismissal, vacations);
- Formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes to personal files related to work activities;
- Entering information about personal data of employees in the 1C program, forming state statistical reporting and internal personnel reporting;
- Maintenance of payroll and military records;
- Formation of references from the workplace.
Requirements:
- Experience of work in personnel administration from 1 year;
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in the field of labor, employment, protection of personal data, on the issue of military accounting;
- Readiness to work with large amounts of information in multitasking mode;
- A confident user of 1C 7.7 Personnel, or 1C 8 ZUP, MEDOK, SOTA, PFU web portal, Exel.
