We invite a HR manager to join the team - a person with high communication skills, knowledge of personnel search methods and understanding of the difference in value systems of different generations. 

Your duties:

• conducting all stages of the hiring process (from line personnel to top managers);
• organization of staff adaptation and training;
• conducting employee reference checks;
• interacting with all company departments;
• maintaining HR reporting and an up-to-date database of candidates;
• monitoring the salary market in the city and regions;
• participation in HR projects of the company.

We expect from you:

• work experience in a similar position in retail;
< li>theoretical knowledge and practical skills of all standard HR processes and HR metrics;
• high communication skills and the ability to find an approach to people;
• high level of time management and self-organization;

• literate Ukrainian is a must.
