Responsibilities:

Managing the full cycle of personnel selection:

- placing ads on job sites , profile resources, social networks, keeping them up-to-date;

- resume search on job sites, social networks, direct search, work with recommendations;

- maintaining a database of candidates and personnel reserve;

- organization and conduct of online/offline interviews with candidates;

- organization of line management interviews with finalist candidates;

- provision of feedback communication to candidates;

- preparation of job offers to candidates.

2. Adaptation of personnel, organization and control of the processes of passing probationary periods, conducting one-to-one meetings.

3. Reporting

Requirements:

- High responsibility and organization

- Ability to work effectively under limited time< /p>

- High level of communication and negotiation skills

- Work with job sites, social. networks and specialized forums.

- Maintaining an internal database of candidates.
