In connection with the expansion of the department, Symbol invites to its team: qualified and experiencedHR manager.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Successful proven experience of closing vacancies at various levels: mass recruitment (retail), technical staff, line managers; /li>
• Owning of modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates;
• Confident PC user: Word, Excel;
• Love for one's work, desire to develop in the profession;
• High level of personal responsibility, self-organization;
• Ability to plan working hours and set priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment of personnel;
• Organization and control of the implementation of the adaptation program;
• Implementation of the company's corporate culture projects in its region;
• li> Survey of the labor market;
• Participation in projects of the Department of Personnel Management.
