HR manager in Teh-Bud-Proekt

The construction company "Tech-Bud-Proekt" carries out construction and assembly works exclusively on objects financed from budget funds (mainly internal finishing works )

Responsibilities:

• Search for candidates according to the needs of the company;
• Publication of vacancies on job portals, social networks, etc.
• Conducting the first stages of candidate selection (telephone interviews, resume screening);
• Managing the candidate database and reporting on search effectiveness;

Requirement :

• 2+ years of HR manager experience (preferably construction)
• Ability to express yourself clearly and succinctly.
• Proactivity and initiative.
• We are looking for a team player who can to cooperate effectively with other team members.
• Communicability;
• Diligence, scrupulousness, high level of responsibility
