What you will do:

- Selection and hiring of new employees;

- Organization of professional development and training of personnel;

- Development and implementation of the company's HR policy;

- Management of personnel documentation and control over its management;

Required experience:

- Work experience in the HR sphere from 3 years;

- Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;

- Ability to work with personnel at different levels;

- High communication skills and ability to negotiate.
