Primary Responsibilities:
Search and selection of candidates for vacant company positions
Coordinating the work of recruiting agencies
Recruiting Automation
Participation in the description of HR business processes of the company
Pre-boarding
Involvement in other projects of the department
Requirements:
3 years of experience in a similar position in large system companies
Experience in a recruiting agency (preferred)
Owning modern search and recruitment techniques
Experience with automated HR systems
Responsibility, system, result-oriented
