What you need to do in this position:

• 1 year of successful work experience as an HR manager or recruiter;
• confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• understanding of the recruiting process, rich practical experience in conducting interviews (both telephone and personal );
• ability to resolve conflict situations, find compromises;
• high level of self-organization, leadership, initiative.
