Necessary professional competences:

• experience in all stages of the recruiting process from 5 years,
• experience in recruiting middle and top-level personnel using the Adizes methodology,
• experience in conducting evaluation on competencies and definition of hard skills and soft skills,
• experience in developing motivational programs (tangible and intangible),
• possession of current hr-methods and hr-metrics,
• experience in implementing automation of HR processes,
• experience in the People Force HRM system will be an advantage,
• advanced level of work in Power Point.

Important:

• higher specialized education (personnel management/psychology/management),
• successful professional experience in a HRM position of 5 years or more, confirmed by results,
