HR manager in VADA, TOV

Duties:

• The full cycle of recruiting: from the search application to the exit of a new employee;
• to ensure the organization of the process of adaptation of new employees;
• participation in projects to increase staff loyalty, intra-corporate work;
• implementation of initiatives aimed at increasing the level of staff involvement and motivation;

To achieve results, you will need:

• Work experience from 1 year
• high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
• loves people and easily finds a common language with them
• ability to work in multitasking mode
• flexibility, sociability, the ability to find an approach to people, the ability to listen and hear, to build effective relationships
• independence, ability to set priorities, responsibility
• a sense of humor helps a lot
